Everything about this hotel was fantastic. the staff were friendly and approachable, which made our stay enjoyable. the rooms were a great size, even for the kids. We really liked it! 😊.

The hotel was an incredible base for enjoying a pretty quiet area, close to the airport, and Colosseum. The whole staff was really helpful. I stayed in a good-sized room with central heating, multi-channel television, and a mini-fridge-bar. It opened onto courtyard. Peaceful location, the public parking was available.

The location of the hotel was good - within walking distance of Cliffe High Street.

In general the staff were amicable and really kind. I appreciated the room even for the children, the bed was comfy...

* No bathtub. * No reception all time, but they available in e-mails or phone. * Basic breakfast but there is a supermarket near-by.

Ideal base for traveling to Rome and exploring local places. Amiable staff gave a few recommendations. - the rooms are suitable even for children. - Particularly good location including a subway station minutes from the place. - Found in a nice part of the town.

Very clean, close to train, taxis and walking distance to the Vatican City! The room room and bathroom were very spacious compared to other European hotels!

Cosy family hotel on the first floor of residential building. Just 5 rooms + kitchen corner. Very clean, in perfect condition. You can use kitchen all day long (boiler, toaster, microwave, coffee machine). Small fridge in each room. Breakfast is served to the room - cereal, toast bread, yogurt, milk, jam, cookies, butter. Tea, coffee and sugar - at the kitchen. Perfect location - quiet district just 1,5 km to Vatican and 1,5 km to Piazza da Spagna. Metro is 2 minutes walk. Staff is perfect - friendly and helpful. Strong air conditioning, perfect internet.

This place has a fantastic location that’s super close to the underground station and not far from Southover Grange Gardens.

The triple room here had upgrades, was fairly quiet, the bed was comfortable, and it included a clean bathroom with a shower, hairdryer.

Great location, just a short walk away from popular attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning and a fridge. The breakfast provided a variety of options, including bakery croissants and coffee. It was convenient to have snacks available throughout the day.

There were a few minor inconveniences during my stay. The shower was on the smaller side, and the bathroom sink was at an unusually low height.
